Operations Management

Every Maxim client is assigned an Operations Manager to look after your security requirements.

Having a clear, concise strategy is critical in securing your property, premises and personnel. With input from you and a Maxim Security manager our course of action is to compile a comprehensive site procedure document outlining the duties to be performed.

Once there is clarity on the duties to be performed a monthly meeting with our Operations Manager will be scheduled allowing us to update the site procedure document and address all operational issues, ultimately improving our level of service to you.

Our “Duty Manager” system is testament to our hands on approach. It is important for you to know that our senior management is available to assist you at any time of the day or night if required.
